We are located in the Foodtown Shopping Center off Rt 209 in East Stroudsburg. For GPS/navigation, please use: 247 Fox Run Lane, East Stroudsburg, PA 18302. We are located inside the glass doors UPSTAIRS on the 2nd floor, with stair access only. Strollers are not permitted within our space.

Open Play admission now costs $15.75 per child for 90mins. This includes admission for 1 adult. If we are not full, we will try to accommodate 1 additional adult at no cost. If we are full, we will ask extra adults to wait in our waiting room so that children can have the best experience while in our space! If you are planning on coming in with a large number of adults, your best bet is to book a private playdate, as we cannot guarantee admission for parties who have more adults than children. 

We currently do not offer a sibling discount for any session type. 

Looking for a way to save money on your admission? Ask at the desk about purchasing a PKZ Punch Card, which includes 10 Open Play Sessions at a discounted price. You can also purchase one via email: poconokidz@gmail.com & we will hold your card at the desk.

Our space has been enjoyed by children of MANY ages , but is primarily designed for younger children. Since every child is different, it is difficult to say if your particular child will enjoy the activities. It is ALWAYS suggested that you check out pics of the space (below) to see if your child would like to play at PKZ. 

Please note: Because we are a children's indoor play space, every child pays admission to enter. The ONLY exception to this is infants who are worn in an infant carrier on their caregiver or those who remain in a car seat for the session. Infants who are handheld & placed on play room surfaces WILL BE charged an admission price. Children up to age 15 who come to our space for parties or play will be charged admission & be counted towards party totals. If you do not wish to pay for older children then we ask you to consider making other arrangements for them while you are at the session. Please note: no children may be left unattended in our waiting area to avoid paying admission.

You must fill out a waiver for every child BEFORE you arrive for your visit. The waiver can be found at the top of the homepage (by our logo, black button). If you do not fill out your waiver ahead of time, you will have to fill it out on your cell phone when you arrive. This is often a daunting task when we are busy. Thank you for filling it out ahead of time!! 

LAST ENTRY FOR ANY OPEN PLAY SESSION IS 1 HR PRIOR TO THE POSTED CLOSING TIME. If you want to get a FULL session, you must arrive at least 90 mins before we close. If you arrive with only one hour til closing you will not get a full session & no discounts will be offered on your admission price. Check out our Open Play times on the orange weekly calendar posted above! You can & should make a reservation for Open Play to ensure there is an available spot.

Reservations are STRONGLY SUGGESTED for Open Play. Reservations are accepted via text message ONLY. Once your reservation is confirmed for the date, time & number of children, your spot will be held for 10 mins. If you do not arrive within 10 mins of your reserved time, your spot will no longer be held & will become available to the public. We do not accept reservations for special events; those must be booked ahead. Scroll down to book one of our themed parties or music sessions!

Still don't want to make a reservation? We will still accommodate walk-ins only IF we are not full for a particular session. Last entry for walk-ins is 1 hour prior to posted closing time. 

Outside food/beverages are not permitted in our space. For your convenience, you can purchase snacks & beverages at our Snack Shop & enjoy them in our Kidz Cafe. Please remember to always clean up after yourself & your kiddo. Personal water bottles may be kept in the waiting area but may not be brought into the playrooms. Thank you for keeping our space clean!

It is preferred that all adults & children remove their shoes upon entry, especially on inclement weather days. Certain rooms within our space are NO SHOES ALLOWED for ANYONE (ball pit, foam pit, soft play). Children & adults must wear socks when they are in our space. Grip socks are sold at the desk in a variety of sizes if you do not have your own.
