For GPS/navigation, please use: 247 Fox Run Lane, East Stroudsburg, PA 18302. We are located inside the glass doors UPSTAIRS on the 2nd floor, with stair access only. Strollers are not permitted within our space. Follow the signs!

Our space has been enjoyed by children of MANY ages, but is primarily designed for younger children under age 7. Please note: not all of our equipment can handle the weight of older children & we frequently have babies present in our facility. It is ALWAYS suggested that you check out pics of the space (below) to see if your child would like to play at PKZ. We do not allow guests to walk through and look at the rooms to make that decision. All children MUST be directly supervised by their guardian while in our space. Thank you for keeping toys in their appropriate rooms. 

Open Play costs $15.75 per child for 90 minutes & includes admission for 1 adult. 1 additional adult can only be accommodated if we are not at capacity. If you would like to extend your session, please ask at the desk if we have availability to do so. Additional time must be paid for: $6 for 1/2 hour & $10 for an additional hour.

For special events, pricing varies & additional adults will be charged $5. Additional adults will have to be paid for in advance of a special event. Email us to book an additional adult for a special event.

Because we are a children's indoor play space, every child pays admission to enter (exception: infants who are worn in a carrier or those who remain in a car seat for the session). Infants who are handheld & placed on play room surfaces WILL BE charged an admission price. Children up to age 15 who come to our space for parties or play will be charged admission & be counted towards party totals. Older siblings typically love playing with younger siblings. However, if you do not wish to pay for older children then we ask you to consider making other arrangements for them while you are at your Open Play session. Please note: no children may be left unattended in our waiting area to avoid paying admission. All children require direct adult supervision while in our space. Children who engage in rough play and/or are observed being rough/breaking equipment will be asked to leave with no refund. 

Outside food/beverages are not permitted in our space. For your convenience, you can purchase snacks & beverages at our Snack Shop & enjoy them in our Kidz Cafe. Please remember to always clean up after yourself & your kiddo. Personal water bottles may be kept in the waiting area but may not be brought into the playrooms. Thank you for keeping our space clean!

 A parent/guardian must fill out a waiver for every child who you plan on bringing to our space. Waivers can be found at the top of our homepage by clicking the orange button on our logo. No child will be permitted to enter the play room area without a parent/guardian signed waiver form. 

It is preferred that all adults & children remove their shoes upon entry, especially on inclement weather days. Certain rooms within our space are NO SHOES ALLOWED for ANYONE (ball pit, foam pit, soft play). Children & adults should wear socks when they are in our space. Grip socks are sold at the desk in a variety of sizes if you do not have your own.
